Alarm Response and Keyholding

The Alarm Response Service ensures a rapid response to Intruder and Fire Alarm activations at your premises. Our trained security personnel, skilled at co-ordinating the involvement of Police, alarm engineers and other repair contractors – eliminate the risk to you and your employees.

After being contacted by your alarm monitoring station, our 24 Hour Control Centre will despatch a patrol officer to your premises. Our officer will investigate the cause of the alarm whilst carrying out a full internal and external search of the premises.

If a crime has been committed or is in progress, the patrol officers will alert the Police and Covert Security 24Hour Control, endeavouring to observe and provide as much information as possible to aid in any Police Investigations. In the event of a false alarm, the officer would reset the system and secure the premises.

If the situation requires, we will ensure that you or a nominated representative are informed of what has happened. Where instructed we will ensure that there is a security presence until repairs are made to the premises and the property is made secure and lock fast.

When clients keys are not in use by the patrol officers, they are secured in the key safe in our Control Centre. All keys are signed in and out by authorised personnel only. Our Key holding and Response service adheres to and is independently inspected to British Standard BS 7984:2001
